    Can I divorce by myself or I need to contact my mate to accept something?

    Because my friend’s mate is not active anymore

    I know. It’s not about the issue heh.

    A friend of mine just want to divorce his not active mate.

    He will buy divorce contract ofcourse. What im asking is can he divorce all by himself? is that automatic
