Thanks to players’ continued support, we have launched 30 servers for Tamer Saga. We have been working hard to improve our service as well as the game itself, so hereby we are announcing and attaching importance to following supplements to the game policies.

1. Please speak English in the World chat since Tamer Saga is an English based game.
2. Please do not insult or abuse anybody in game.
3. Please do not spam in game.
4. Please do not post any link of illegal website.
5. Please do not sell your account or buy any account from others.
6. Please do not exploit bug in game. If you find any bug, please report it to the GM staff (then you will win a reward according to the severity of the bug).
7. Please do not charge back or attempt to get refunded when you have successfully bought Vouchers.
8. Please do not sell Vouchers or any other in-game virtual property to anybody for cash.
9. It is forbidden to hack any account.

Please obey all of those listed above. The Part-time Guides and official forum moderators have the rights and obligations to guide players to obey the supplements above, and also report violation of the supplements to the GM staff.

According to the degree of severity, those who disobey any of the supplements above will probably be:
1. muted for 1 day.
2. muted for 3 days.
3. muted for 7 days.
4. muted permanently.
5. suspended for 1 day.
6. suspended for 3 days.
7. suspended for 7 days.
8. banned permanently.

To improve the gaming environment, please report any in-game improper behavior to the Service Center simply by following the steps below.
1. Log into http://service.poppace.com/questions/index.php
2. Choose Tamer Saga.
3. Choose “Improper Behaviors” and leave the corresponding information.
